Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
LinkedGolfers respects and values the rights of content creators and places a premium on protecting those rights. We receive a large number of content submissions from members of our network–members that agree to submit only material of their own creation and, where necessary, supplementary material that enhances their work and that may be accumulated from the public domain or from stock and other agencies that provide the rights for publishing these materials.
LinkedGolfers does its best to verify ownership of such materials and makes every effort to work with contributors who maintain the highest levels of professionalism and respect for their colleagues. If, however, you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us and provide the written information specified below. (Please note that this procedure is exclusively for notifying LinkedGolfers’ Site Management and company affiliates that your copyrighted material may have been infringed.)
In order to initiate a takedown request, it is important that you provide us with the following information:
–An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
–A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon;
–A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site;
–Your address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
–A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
–A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
The Site Management ’s Copyright Agent for notice of claims of copyright infringement can be reached using the Contact link at the bottom of the page.
