Bali’s newest five-star resort, Centara Grand Villas Nusa Dua, joins the island’s golf tourism collective.
Nusa Dua, an exclusive 14 pool-villa complex, which opened just this past August, joins Pan Pacific Nirwana Bali Resort as a hotel/resort member of the group of golf courses, hotels, and resorts established early in the year to showcase the world-class golf destinations on the “Island of the Gods.”
Bali’s three leading golf courses – Nirwana Golf Club, New Kuta Golf Club, and the recently remodeled Bali National Golf Club – as well as Pan Pacific Nirwana Bali Resort are foundation members of the Bali Golf Paradise cooperative.
Centara Grand Villas Nusa Dua’s entry into the program means golfers have a high-end option in the popular Nusa Dua area, close to two of the island’s top golf courses and just 15 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport.
The resort offers an exquisite secluded experience for Bali’s discerning visitors. Located a few minutes from Bali National Golf Club and other attractions in the Nusa Dua area, it comprises 14 one, two and three-bedroom pool villas designed in Peranakan style. Featuring spacious interiors, marble floors, teak and rosewood furnishings, each villa has a private pool with a large sundeck, loungers, and pool shower.
The onsite Long Table restaurant, open 24 hours, is designed around a traditional long table, with chefs preparing western and Asian cuisines in an open kitchen. Another restaurant, Ru Yi, offers a fine Chinese dining experience, featuring recipes from mainland China and Hong Kong. The 8 Degree Bar is designed in a British vintage style.
Traditional Thai and Balinese healing therapies using local ingredients have inspired Spa Cenvaree’s treatment menu, while an adjacent fitness centre is open 24/7.
A complimentary shuttle takes guests to Nusa Dua Beach, a few minutes away, where the resort has its own Beach Club, Taman Bhagawan, comprising a collection of traditional Javanese timber buildings set in gardens and serving drinks and meals along with arranging beach activities, water sports, and excursions.
